These terms govern all bookings and travel services provided by Wanderly Travel Agency. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking & payment

  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm any booking.
  • Full payment due 30 days before departure.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and bank transfers.
  • Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking.
  • 50% refund up to 21 days before departure.
  • No refund within 14 days of travel.
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days.

Travel documents

  • Passport valid at least 6 months beyond return.
  • Visas are your responsibility – check entry requirements.
  • Ensure name on booking matches passport exactly.
  • E-tickets sent 7 days before departure.

Liability & insurance

  • We act as an intermediary for suppliers (airlines, hotels).
  • Strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
  • Not liable for delays, lost baggage, or force majeure.
  • Claims must be directed to the service provider.

Changes & flexibility

  • Minor itinerary changes may occur; we’ll notify you.
  • If a major change is needed, you may cancel with full refund.
  • Name changes are allowed up to 15 days before (fee applies).

Privacy & data

  • Your information is used only to process your booking.
  • We never sell or share your data with third parties.
  • Secure payment via SSL encryption.
